Getting to the Venue from Banff Town
There is little parking, and all paid, at the Banff Springs. This time of year, you can’t always count on finding a space in their parkade. We will provide a shuttle that will stop at the following stops: Moxy Hotel, Fox Hotel, Banff Train Station Public Parking (https://banff.ca/trainstation), and the Mount Royal Hotel. It will do two loops, starting at 10am at the Moxy. Look for the black, Patagonia Shuttles mini coach (https://patagoniachauffeur.ca/index.php/fleet/minicoach-bus/) Late night shuttles will do the same loop, starting at 10PM at the Banff Springs and driving the route continuously with final service at 2AM. We recommend using these shuttles! Most hotels in Banff are within walking distance of one of these stops (even in heels!), and if you’re coming from out of town you can park at the train station public (free!) parking (or anywhere in town near one of these stops), and take the shuttle from there. Shuttle schedule: First Loop 10am - The Moxy 10:10am - The Fox Hotel 10:20am - The Banff Train Station 10:30am - The Mount Royal Hotel 10:45am - Fairmont Banff Springs Second Loop 11am - The Moxy 11:10am - The Fox Hotel 11:20am - The Banff Train Station 11:30am - The Mount Royal Hotel 11:45am - Fairmont Banff Springs If you do decide to drive to the Banff Springs and park, be ready for a short walk from the parking lot and get there early to make sure you can find parking and make it to the ceremony! You’re welcome to hang out in the hotel before the ceremony, so you might even consider coming in for breakfast or coffee to make sure you have lots of time.
