The Welcome Reception on Friday will feature light fare (but not a full dinner) Cocktail Hour will feature served hors d’oeurves Dinner will be served at the Reception starting at 6pm

We will provide various served beverages at the welcome reception, cocktail hour, and reception dinner, and we will also have a couple of drink tickets for each guest for the reception Apart from that, all bars (welcome reception, cocktail hour, reception, and after party) are cash (& card) bars

We are asking for formal attire: dark suits (tuxes welcome!), formal dresses, tailored suits, or elegant jumpsuits.

Refer to the schedule tab of this website for the most up to date schedule. Note that the cocktail hour will begin an hour later than initially planned (5pm, not 4pm as indicated on invites). There is a gap between the ceremony and reception. Take some time to enjoy and explore the Banff Springs hotel and the surrounding area, but make sure you’re back in time for cocktail hour, and remember that dinner is at 6! If you’ve taken the shuttle to the ceremony and don’t want to hang out in the hotel between the ceremony and reception, there is public transport - bus and taxi - that can get you where you need to go.
