First Look Photos in Rocky Mountain National Park

There are no activities planned for guests the morning of the wedding as Alexis & Tim will be going into Rocky Mountain National Park to take "First Look" photos.
Transportation to Wild Basin Lodge
3:00 pm - 3:15 pm

We ask that all guests meet near the Murphy's Resort lobby at 3pm. We plan to leave as a group at 3:15pm to head to Wild Basin Lodge. Transportation is provided if you would like it. However, if you have your own rental car and prefer to drive yourself, that is perfectly acceptable. If you would like a ride, van assignments are as follows: Woodward Van: Tim, Conner & Christian, Kenny & Sheila, Aaron & Ranae, Debbie & Steve, Romma, Dawn & Levi, Pastor Joel & Jessica. Miller Van: Dave, Gary & Janice, George & Pat, Mark & Norma, Mark & Donna, Christian, John & JT, Doug, Betty and Bonnie Note: Alexis, Nicky, Sherry, Rachel & Chelsey will leave for Wild Basin Lodge earlier at 2pm.
Wedding Photos

We invite all guest to join us at Meadow Peak at Wild Basin Lodge to take pictures with Alexis and Tim prior to the start of the ceremony. There is a beautiful walking path from the lodge for those that would like to walk. Additionally, van transportation will also be provided for anyone wishing to be driven to the ceremony site. Please see Dave Miller or Kenny Woodward if you would like transportation. Note, the bar inside Wild Basin Lodge will be open from 4-5pm for anyone that would like a beverage during this time.
Ceremony + Reception
5:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Formal Casual Attire
The ceremony will take place from 5:30-6pm at Meadow Peak. Afterward guests will return to the lodge for cocktail hour from 6-7pm. At the end of cocktail hour, Alexis & Tim will enjoy their first dance as husband & wife. Dinner and reception will take place immediately after from 7 - 10pm.

Please meet near the front doors of Wild Basin Lodge at 10pm for transportation back to the resort. Trolley Tour of Rocky Mountain National Park

Guests are free to make there own plans on Saturday morning through early afternoon. Some of the Woodward & Miller family members have opted to take a trolley tour of Rocky Mountain National Park this morning. Tickets are $75/adult through Estes Park Trolleys (www.estesparktrolleys.com/tours/) or 970-481-8531. Feel free to join us if you'd like. Please note, space is limited so book quickly!

If you are staying the weekend in Estes Park, we would love to meet up with you on Saturday evening! Feel free to join us for a drink at this family friendly beer garden. They do have food trucks if you want to purchase food. No pressure to attend, but we would love to see you there! Note, we will also celebrate Dawn Woodward's 20th Birthday!

July 4th Celebration!

Guests are encouraged to explore Estes Park and take in the July 4th celebrations. Event information can be found at www.visitestespark.com/events-calendar/summer-events/4th-of-july/. Some key highlights are: 9am - 3pm: Colorado's Coolest Car Show at the Estes Park Event Center 7pm: Patriotic Concert by Estes Village Band at the Performance Park Amphitheater (west end of downtown). 9:30pm: Fireworks over Lake Estes. We have been told that anywhere with a view of Lake Estes would be a good spot to see the fireworks.
