FAQs

We know planning a trip for a wedding can come with lots of little details and a bunch of questions. Think of this as a wedding cheat sheet! If you are wondering something we didn't cover in here, don't worry you can always ask us ... just maybe not while we're on the dance floor showing off our questionable moves!
Question

Is it okay to take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

In order for our guests to be fully present during our wedding, we are having an 'Unplugged Ceremony' which means no phones or cameras. We have an amazing photographer to capture this amazing moment for us which we will be more than happy to share with you after the day. You are more than welcome to capture pictures after the ceremony.

Question

Can I upload photos to social media?

Answer

We would kindly ask that no pictures of the newly wed are uploaded onto social media before we get the chance to make our first official announcement as husband and wife.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will promptly begin at 3:00pm. Please arrive no earlier than 2pm and no later than 2:45pm to be seated. If you arrive after the ceremony start time you will not be able to be seated.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones but we would enjoy for you to have a night off! We are only able to invite the children of our immediate family and friends to our wedding. We hope you understand and can still join us on our special day.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If you received a plus one, you're guest's name will also be listed on your invitation and will appear when your RSVP. Otherwise we would love to keep our wedding as a intimate event with close friends and family. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is there car parking?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available at our venue but would recommend carpooling if needed! If you have tons of fun, you are more than welcome to leave your car in the parking slot overnight but must be picked up by 12pm the following day.

Question

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 1, 2026 so we can get an accurate headcount. If you do not RSVP by this date, we unfortunately will not be able to have you attend.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal or cocktail attire. Please no t-shirts, flip flops, or any shades of white.

Question

What time do celebrations end?

Answer

Although we will wish it didn't have to end, our big day will finish at 11:30pm. Please organize your transport in advance if needed.

Question

Can we be the first ones on the dance floor?

Answer

We would be disappointed if you weren't! Please kindly head to the dance floor after all special dances and speeches are finished.
