This is something we did the first day we flew in and it helped us get our bearings as we tour our venue, stake out possible hikes, and just get familiar with the overall area. Please take the opportunity to visit the historical and wildlife sites because the exposure is very good for conservation purposes and when you have the chance, interact with some park rangers!
Download the National Park Systems app before you get there and see what the park has to offer! We also recommend purchasing a 3-5 Day Park Pass if you plan on exploring or hiking some trails on your own. https://www.gtlc.com/the-park/national-park-lodging-guide/top-activities-in-grand-teton-national-park
Rodeo season will be upon us and available to see on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 8:00PM if you plan on staying longer or coming in early! We will see you at the Wednesday show!
We did some conservation work in Washington and there's no one more local than the wildlife.
So we did one of these in Leavenworth, WA and it was so much fun and worth it!
We will personally be horseback riding but the offer day spa packages, fishing, and many other fun activities!
Look into the local fishing regulations for catch and release or learn to cast at the Fly Fishing school!
