Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we adore all the amazing children in our lives, we’ve chosen an adults-only wedding due to venue capacity, and so that everyone can enjoy the evening and relax! The only exceptions are the brides siblings, and the children of the Maid of Honour, who are apart of our wedding party and have a special role in our big day. Thank you for understanding - we can’t wait to celebrate with you! Please reach out to us if you are in need of babysitter recommendations in the area as we may be able to assist.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
There will be a provided shuttle to the venue that we would encourage both out of town guests, as well as locals to utilize. Our venue is outside of city limits and Ubers/cabs do not service our venue location. Parking is also extremely limited. We will have shuttles to the venue, leaving from a Calgary location (TBA) and 3 separate shuttles returning guests to Calgary at the end of the night at staggered times throughout the evening.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Our venue has limited on-site parking, and we want to make arrivals as easy as possible. We kindly ask guests to use the provided shuttle service, or arrange a drop off. If you absolutely need to drive, we kindly ask you to reach out to us beforehand so we can confirm there is space for your vehicle. Thank you for helping us keep everything running smoothly!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Our celebration calls for cocktail attire, but we want you to feel like yourself. Dress to impress, stay comfortable, and if cowboy boots are your style, we would welcome you to wear them and kick em up on the dance floor! Since our wedding is fully outdoors on a farm (with a rain-proof tent for the reception), we suggest dressing for the weather and choosing shoes that can handle a little grass. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, our ceremony will also take place under the tent — so rain or shine, we’ll be celebrating together in comfort. Think rustic charm and relaxed elegance — and don’t be afraid to leave the stilettos at home! Please also avoid the colour white or green!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We're keeping our celebration intimate and can only accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation. If your invite includes a plus one, you'll see their name listed. If not, we look forward to celebrating with just you!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
TBA. There will be hotel blocks booked for guests. We are also exploring booking a campground nearby to the venue for those who like to camp as this is one of our favourite things to do!
