To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your invitation. Please RSVP before May 13th. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you to still let us know - you will be missed! If you do not RSVP, we will assume you will not be attending and you will be marked as a "no". Any RSVPs received after May 13th will also be marked as a "no" as we will be sending final head-counts to vendors after this deadline.
If we had the means to give everyone a plus one, we would! Unfortunately, due to venue and funding constraints, we are not able to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation. When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
Although we love your children, our wedding is at a brewery making this is an adults only event! This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. We know that finding childcare isn't always easy or affordable, so we understand if this causes you not to be able to attend, but we hope you see this as an opportunity to take the night off and party with us! :)
Yes! The dress code is Cocktail Attire. We recommend suit and tie & cocktail dresses. No jeans please and refrain from wearing white, ivory or cream. Prepare for the weather to be a little warm during the ceremony (I know..we're sorry! We will be sweating with you!) but the rest of the night will be inside in the AC. :)

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:30PM. We recommend guests to arrive at 4PM to mingle and find a seat. Please arrive at the ceremony no later than 4:20PM. If you do arrive late, please quietly find a seat in the back of the ceremony space.
We have a room block at the DoubleTree by Hilton Asheville Downtown! All information regarding this block and how to book can be found under the "Travel" tab. Please book your room through this hotel if you are able. We are also requesting all members of the wedding party to book here as we will be getting ready here in the morning of the wedding! If all rooms in the block do book up, please let us know and we can recommend some other hotels in the area!
Yes! There will be buses to take our guests to and from the hotel. The buses will depart the hotel at 3:30PM before the wedding to take everyone to the venue. Buses will depart the venue at 11PM to take the guests and the wedding party back to the hotel. Ubers and Lyfts are also available in the area for those who may miss the transportation or would like to leave the reception earlier than 11PM!
Yes! Highland has a huge parking lot and there is plenty of space to park. However, we do recommend using the bus transportation to and from the hotel or calling an Uber/Lyft. We do not want anyone drinking and driving! :)
Yes! The elevator can be accessed through the main doors of the event space and will take you up to the rooftop for the ceremony.
Absolutely! On the RSVP page there will be a section where you can list any dietary restrictions or allergies you have.
On Thursday night we will be hosting welcome drinks for all of our guests at White Labs Brewing Company. The event starts at 6PM and there will be an open bar until we reach a certain limit and then it will move to cash bar for the rest of the evening. Light appetizers will be included, however, if you are interested in ordering dinner their kitchen will be open! The event will be outside but under a covered patio. We will also be hosting a bar trivia game, aka Quizzo, during the event and all are welcome to play!
