Question
When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
May 29th, 2026 - this allows us to coordinate transportation so that everyone can arrive at the venue at an appropriate time.

Is the wedding kid friendly?
Answer
While we love all of your children, our venue has a limited guest capacity so only children of immediately family are allowed at the wedding. We will be having a family friendly welcome gathering on Friday evening that we would love for you to bring your children to!

Are plus ones allowed?
Answer
Due to our venue's capacity limit, only those who are named on the invitation are able to attend. Again, feel free to bring a plus one to the welcome gathering on Friday evening!
Question
Will there be a shuttle to the venue?
Answer
Yes, and due to limited parking at Henderson Acres we ask all guests to take the shuttles to/from the venue. Cell phone service is limited at the venue and you may have difficulty requesting Uber/Lyft. If you must drive to the wedding, please contact Lexi or Daniel to confirm that there will be sufficient parking.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding will be outside on the back lawn at Henderson Acres. We do have a backup plan in place in the event of rain and will move the ceremony inside the covered pergola.

Where do we stay if the room block is unavailable?
Answer
There are many great hotel options near both of our hotel blocks. If you elect to stay at a vacation rental or other hotel, we do ask that you make plans to be at one of the hotel blocks for shuttle pickup at the designated times.

What should I wear?

We're inviting you to celebrate in garden cocktail attire! **For the ladies** Embrace spring and summer in vibrant, colorful hues. We'd love to see you shine in ruffles, textures, and florals—bring all the glamour! **For the gents** Dress to impress in light, floral, or colorful tones. Linen pants, a suit and tie, or a crisp button-up all work beautifully. Please refer to the “Attire” tab for some inspo pics!
