Welcome Event

7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

We are excited to host you and your families the night before our wedding! Open bar as well as games/activities will be from 7-9, but you are welcome to arrive early to enjoy the food trucks available on site if you'd like. We look forward to seeing you all Friday to begin celebrating!

Wedding Day Festivities

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Garden Cocktail-think florals & fun spring/summery colors!

We are so excited to have all of you join us on our wedding day! Due to limited parking at Henderson Acres and intermittent reception for Uber/Lyft services, we have arranged for shuttle pickup and dropoff from our two hotel blocks (Doubletree Downtown Asheville and Fairfield Weaverville). If you are staying at one of these hotels, please plan to take the shuttles. If you are staying at another hotel or vacation rental, please let Lexi and Daniel know so they can direct you to the best pickup location based on proximity. The final shuttle timeline will be sent out the week prior. If you have any questions, reach out to Daniel and Lexi and they can help coordinate any other arrangements!
