Question

Transportation to the ceremony

Answer

We will have a bus to take everyone from the hotel to Garden of the Gods for the ceremony. The bus will arrive at the hotel at 6:00am and depart at 6:30am sharp. Please make sure you are on the bus by this time so we can arrive on schedule. You are welcome to start meeting in the hotel meeting room, on the second floor located next to the check in desk, at 5:30am. There will be coffee and breakfast pastries for you to enjoy before we head out.

Bar information for the reception

Answer

We will have a cash bar available at the reception. Please bring cash or a card if you’d like to purchase drinks. There will be a selection of wine, beer, and cocktails for you to enjoy!

Where are you registered?

Answer

While we're flattered by your offer to purchase a gift please know that we do not expect it in anyway. Your presence on our big day is our present. However, if you do wish to support us in this way, navigate to the "Registry" tab of this website! Again, your presence is the best present we could ask for.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited capacity of our venue, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. Please double check your formal, mailed invitation for information regarding who has been invited and how many seats have been reserved for you.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved a hotel room block for the weekend at Hilton Garden Inn Colorado Springs Downtown. Please check out the “Travel” tab of the website for details! The last day to reserve through our room block is 9/18/2024.
