Pre-Ceremony Coffee & Breakfast Pastries

There will be a coffee and breakfast pastry bar set up at 5:30am, located in the hotel meeting room on the 2nd floor, to the right of the check in desk. You are free to eat and hang out in the meeting room until getting on the bus for the ceremony or take a coffee and some food to go with you!
Ceremony Transportation
6:30 am
A complimentary shuttle service will provide transportation to the ceremony and back to the hotel after. Please be on the shuttle before 6:30am, as this is the time we will be leaving.

Welcome to our wedding celebration! We're excited to announce that our ceremony will take place outdoors at the High Point Overlook in Garden of the Gods. Please note that this will be a brief ceremony with standing room only. As we embark on this special journey together, we kindly ask that you wear comfortable shoes for the outdoor terrain. The dress code for the occasion is dressy casual, allowing you to look stylish while feeling at ease. Please join us for our greatest adventure yet as we exchange vows amidst the breathtaking beauty of Garden of the Gods during sunrise.

Following the ceremony, we invite you to continue the celebration with us at the Hilton Garden Inn Colorado Springs Downtown. Join us for a delightful breakfast buffet, from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM. As an added bonus, if you are staying at the hotel, the breakfast buffet is complimentary. It's our small way of showing appreciation for your presence on our special day. After breakfast we have a little break period planned before the reception begins. This time is yours to relax, explore the beautiful surroundings of Colorado Springs, or perhaps even sneak in a quick nap to recharge before the festivities!

Get ready to celebrate with us! Our wedding reception will begin at 4:00 PM in the ballroom at the Hilton Garden Inn Colorado Springs Downtown. The reception will kick off with a lively cocktail hour, followed by a dinner buffet and dancing. Get ready to raise a glass, hit the dance floor and create unforgettable memories with us!
