What is Palmetto Bluff?

Answer

Palmetto Bluff is a residential community that the Montage has a resort within. It spans throughout 22,000 acres with various communities spread amongst. The Montage is located directly outside Wilsons Landing, the Bluff's central square. Here you will find The Ruins of the original Wilson Mansion centered between the communities restaurants, shops and chapel. Moreland Village is another community located 10 minutes from the Montage Main Inn. It houses some of the Montage's amenties such as the stables, shooting range and fly fishing. The best way to get an idea of Palmetto Bluff and where everything is located is by map. A detailed map of the property can be found on the Montage website.

How do I get around the property?

Answer

Everything is centrally located, so walking is always convenient. Golf cart shuttles are available from almost anywhere on the property with a quick call to the concierge. Bikes are a popular and fun way to get around with bike racks nearby all buildings. There are also many trails throughout the property for exploring.

What Health & Safely Protocols are in place on property?

Answer

All Montage International locations have implemented an enhanced prescriptive Health & Safety protocol program that was designed in collaboration with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as from leading experts in their respective fields. What if I stay off the Montage property?

Answer

There are alternative accommodations on Palmetto Bluff (e.g., Airbnb or VRBO). Please note, if you opt for one of these accommodations - the Montage amenities such as pools, golf, shooting range, shuttle service, etc. are not available. Additionally, if you choose not to stay at the Montage make sure that your destination entered in the Airbnb or VRBO is "Palmetto Bluff," not "Bluffton" or "Beaufort." These destinations are 20-40 minutes off Palmetto Bluff. If you are staying off property, the gate house will have a list of names for our wedding guests and will give you a guest pass for the evening.

Transportation from the airport to Montage Palmetto Bluff?

Answer

The Montage Palmetto Bluff does not provide a complimentary shuttle from any of the local airports. The best way to get from the airport to the Montage is either Uber, Lyft or taxi service. If you would prefer a car service, the Montage concierge can setup sedans, SUVs or 12-14 buses. Pricing is available upon request through the concierge.
