Cabins are available to rent for the wedding weekend on site at our venue. You can reserve a two or three bedroom cabin for your stay with a 10% discount on your stay. Please mention the O'Hara/Donatelli wedding at the time of reservation.

Shuttle

Shuttle from Hotels to Wedding Venue

November 15, 2025 2:45 pm

A shuttle will be stopping at BOTH hotels prior to the ceremony. The shuttle will pick up guests from the Fairfield Inn & Suites at 2:45pm, then the shuttle will pick up guests from the Hampton Inn & Suites at 3:00pm. All guests on board the shuttle will be dropped off at the venue by 3:15pm.

Shuttle from the Reception to the Hotels & After Party

November 15, 2025 9:00 pm

At the conclusion of the wedding reception, guests may board the shuttle to be dropped off for the after party location. Once after party goers have been dropped off, the shuttle will return to BOTH hotels to drop guests off.

A shuttle will be provided to guests departing from the after party back to their hotels. The shuttle will depart from the after party at The Orchard and drop guests off at BOTH hotels.
