Question

May we take photos during the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Absolutely yes! But please wait until the days following the event to post to social media. Our ceremony will be held in a historic church. We ask that if you do take any photos, do not use flash so we can preserve the beauty of the venue.

You have a wedding hashtag. Can we post photos onto social media during the event?

Answer

We would love for you to utilize our wedding hashtag so we can look at all of the moments we may have missed from our wedding. However, we ask that you refrain from posting to social media until the days following the wedding. We also want to be considerate of folks that may be in your photos. Some may not want to be posted without prior knowledge.

What type of food will be served at the reception?

Answer

We are so excited to be catered by 808 Grinds Hawaiian Cafe. This will include vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. If you have any specific dietary needs, please list them in your RSVP.

What about beverages? Will there be alcohol?

Answer

We will have non alcoholic beverages available. We will also have a variety of beer and wine for folks over the age of 21 to consume. *Please note hard liquor of any kind is strictly prohibited from the reception venue. If we find attendants sneaking in hard liquor, you will be asked to leave by security and subject to the fines the bride and groom will incur from breaking this rule.

Are children allowed to the wedding and reception?

Answer

Yes! We would love for your kiddos to be included in this celebration. Please note we will not have any formal childcare available during the ceremony or reception. Please plan accordingly.

Do I have to purchase a gift?

Answer

Nope! And we wouldn't want anyone to feel any pressure to purchase anything for us. Your presence is the most meaningful gift to us!
