Wedding Party

The Wedding Website of Letysha Bergstad and Casey Forrey
We have so many wonderful people in our lives, it was hard to narrow down the ones to stand by us during the wedding. We truly value everyone we have carefully chosen to invite to celebrate with us in our special day! The people listed below make up different aspects of the wedding and hold unique pieces of our puzzles that we simply needed them by our sides through this process <3

Brandon Bergstad

Brother of The Bride

Brandon is my very most favorite brother in the whole world. I, of course, love and cherish my other two brothers immensely, but Brandon and I have a special kind of bond that I can't have with any of our other siblings. We are the only two of all of the siblings (two brothers and two sisters) that share the same mom and dad. Telling anyone the breakdown of who is who in our family requires a reference book with a family tree sprouting seedlings in every direction... its a handful for anyone coming into our family to try to sort out. When summers and holidays came around when we were little, we flew on planes alone together to go visit our dad and then flew home together alone as well. We both have been raised by amazing parents but only the two of us truly understand what the other might possibly be going through when there was a school event that we simply didn't have the particular parent available for. We were each others biggest fans at the football games because our parents were not the sports type, and cheered each other on at school assemblies because proud doesn't begin to describe how I felt watching Brandon find his tribe in high school. I am so very grateful and happy to have my baby brother, Brandon, to walk me down the aisle. He knows who I am and who is right for me. I believe (hope) that he sees the happiness that Casey brings to my life and that he can happily give Casey his blessing in our future together. I love you brother bear, beyond words!

Rachel Majure

Officiant

Rachel is Casey's cousin. Casey grew up visiting Rachel and her family in their childhood home up in Flagstaff, Arizona. Rachel is also friends with me, after meeting through a mutual friend in their early twenties. Interestingly enough, Letysha and Rachel grew up in the same neighborhood surrounding Bushmaster Park, just a rocks through across the park from each other. How we never crossed paths as kids is bizarre! The most exciting part of the story..... Rachel is how Casey and I met!! December 28, 2019, Rachel was in Tucson visiting family (Casey) for the holidays and invited me, to go out dancing at Whiskey Roads. Prior to my invite out, she had been with Casey and mentioned she was going out dancing at the bar later. Casey requested to join her and arrived shortly after us girls did. After we got engaged, Rachel conveniently shared that she had become an officiant so of course it was a no brainer for us that Rachel had to be the person who completed the circle to our story by officiating the thing!

Bryan Bojorquez

Best Man

Bryan and Casey have been friends since they were kids and have been able to keep that friendship strong even with Bryan living in Australia. Bryan has been that friend that Casey can pick up a conversation with several years later as if time and distance hasn't gotten in the way. There is something about friends that just get you, that are in the same place as you in life, that keep Casey and Bryan coming back around for vacations and visits any chance they can. Bryan was one of the ones with us the day Casey proposed, the one he gave a split second view of the ring box and sent Bryan stumbling over his own fingers and words to try and capture Casey's surprise. Bryan is hilarious and will keep the laughing coming till your cheeks hurt. His choice of historic shoes for hiking will leave us a story to tell and laugh about for years to come. We can't wait to have you back stateside for a few days so we can add more memories to the box Bryan!

Chris Billiter

Best Man

Chris and Casey started off as employee/boss guy when Chris began working at Oracle. It wasn't long before Chris quickly found himself in the friend category for Casey. There is something about Chris that makes people happy to be around. He is always feeding us, always the life of the party, and always humble in his personality. It is because of all these things that Chris easily became a trusted friend and person, we wouldn't be able to have a wedding without him by our side. Chris is the person we go on our outdoor adventures with. He keeps us all on our toes and moving forward. He always comes of these treacherous hiking/backpacking excursions with the craziest food because, again, Chris is always feeding us! Our random date nights out for dinner and drinks tend to turn to work calls for a few minutes until we can reign the men back into date night not work night mode. Chris is also a jump on board the train when Casey decided to make melting copper a thing, or buying a new building or finding some other fun business to jump into. Whatever it is, Chris will be there and we love that about him.

Gabby Billiter

Matron of Honor

How do I begin to explain Gabby.....Gabby is that best friend that you don't know how you lived without but are so happy she found her way into your life. I met Gabby through, Chris, Casey's best guy from the company who has since become one of our closest friends. Gabby was really quiet at first but quickly warmed up to me through our various times we had to awkwardly sit around the Oracle Energy parties and gatherings. I am so very grateful for finding my "its fine, I'm fine, everything's fine" counterpart that I can confide in when I need an honest, no judgement, no sides perspective on life opinion or thoughts. The men, aka Chris and Casey, have introduced the both of us to the world of backpacking which has left us glad we survived every time we make it home. She is my, "we will die together on the side of this cliff while hiking miles on miles with 40 lb bags on our backs to camp in the middle of the forest where we hope and pray we don't get eaten by a mountain lion or a bear" best friend that makes me laugh hysterically, enjoy the mundane moments and appreciate a truly humbled friendship that will undoubtedly last a lifetime. I am so happy she said yes to being my matron of honor, I know I will probably be a pain, but I know she will put me in my place if I ever become that bridezilla I never want to become.

Amy Bojorquez

Matron of Honor

Amy and I met for the very first time when she and her husband Bryan (Casey's best friend since childhood) visited us from Australia. If you have never heard an Australian accent, find Amy and talk to her, you will fall in love with her because of her accent. I wasn't sure if Amy liked me at first. The visit was short, sweet and off they went. I of course thought she was hilarious, a joy to spend time with but she lives in Australia so how was I supposed to be friends with her?! Take us to New Zealand where we met up with Bryan and Amy for a two week road trip around the country in camper vans.....I hardly knew these people but Casey vouched for them so I will totally get along with them right? That trip was by far the best way to get to know Amy. She was so funny, so down to earth and when you find a friend who tells you they actually tricked their son, prior to his first trip to the states, into thinking he is going to be walking into a war zone and everyone has firearms to protect themselves when he gets here just for the laugh factor of his paranoia, is definitely a friend you are going to have fun with every chance you get together with them. What makes me the most happy about Amy and why I was happy to ask her to be by my side, was that she was sincerely, so incredibly happy in tears for us when Casey proposed without announcement in front of them only giving them a quick glance at the box behind my back. Amy you are the best!

Kahla Valencia

Bridesmaid

Kahla is the middle of the two baby sister's to me. Growing up Kahla was always the best dressed kids, the one who always seemed to get the cool stuff. If you know our family, then you know we are complicated. Kahla and I, for example, share a mom but not a dad. I was always so jealous of the awesome vacations she went on with her dad and all the name brand clothes she was always bringing home. There was no sharing because we were always too far apart in age to be anywhere near the same size. But somehow, we managed to keep our sisterhood intact through the differences life threw us growing up. Today, Kahla is the one I like to ask for fashion, makeup and skincare advice. Her bougie lifestyle that I was so jealous of as a kid has become my greatest asset in life. Beyond that though, Kahla is hilarious, straight to the point , no shits given about the truth that spills from her mouth, and also one of the few people who will go to war for me if you wrong me. I don't know what I would do without my "big little sister".

Amanda Rockrich

Bridesmaid

Amanda aka "Panda" is my baby sister and another bridesmaid in our wedding. We have had so many fun adventures with Amanda from camping, traveling down to Mexico, lake trips and more camping! What makes her more special is her fabulous bartending skills; need a drink? find the beautiful tall blond and ask her to give you some ideas if you are unsure what to order from the bar! Amanda has been such an amazing addition to my life as a sister, friend and auntie. I feel extremely grateful to have her in our lives and a part of our wedding party. Dubbed the big littlest sister, she will be the biggest sidekick out dancing and will make sure to keep the party exciting with her bubbly personality. Somehow Amanda always knows all the line dances and she is easy to find when she is on the dance floor because she is the tall one rocking the steps.

Gabriel (Gabe) Arnold

Groomsman

Gabe is the oldest of our kids and the first we had to really learn what it was like to raise a teenager to adulthood. I think it is safe to say we had our ups and downs, but Gabe has surprised us with his growth into being an adult with a job and life. His biggest joy just might be his cat, also the best thing we probably did for him. Its easy to say Gabe is a part of the wedding party because he is one of the kids, but really he is more to that to both Casey and I. Gabe taught me how to be a good mom, and more so he taught me that it is so important to show it what a happy and healthy relationship should look like, how you can find happiness in a partner when you have like minded personalities and interests. I think we have been successful in showing him that. He has become an amazing human and we can't wait to have him be a part of the day all spruced up!

Abigail (Abby) Arnold

Bridesmaid

Abby is the oldest of our girls; the sporty driven daughter. When I think about Abby I always think about how motivated and sometimes stubborn she is. We couldn't be more proud of that though, so when she said "you better include me in your wedding," I knew we couldn't really elope in the tradition run away and get married kind of way, because Abby just might murder me. While Abby is very set in knowing exactly what she wants, she has always been a momma's girl with an artistic brain and the smarts to accompany it. She is the extra sass in my life that will keep me on my toes and always reminds me to be giving but also be a little selfish in caring for myself too. Cheers Abby, we are having the kind of wedding where you get to walk down the aisle too beautiful girl!

Ashley (Clare Bear) Forrey

Bridesmaid

Ashley is Casey's oldest daughter and being her father's daughter, she too has a way of finding the most convenient and inconvenient times for thinking up the funniest dad jokes. My favorite thing about Ashley, is that if it involves being outside, traveling or animals....she will always say yes to the adventure. If I ever need someone to keep Eli company, Ashley is always our first pick because she has a way with him that the other kids don't. Each of the kids has a unique place that fits perfectly into our jigsaw puzzle of a blended family. Ashley fills the animal lover and jokester pieces that we couldn't live without.

Emily (Lynn Bin) Forrey

Bridesmaid

Emily is Casey's youngest daughter and truly one of a kind so of course she is in the wedding party. Emily is very much the get her hands dirty, crawl in the mud kind of girl that has come along way in life and truly takes after her dad in all the most rugged down to earth kind of ways. She has a knack for being so creative and her drawing skills are incredible! We certainly butt heads for a while there as we have navigated through what blending families is like, but Emily is so logical in her ability to analyze life, its struggles and always finds a greater matured outcome to stand on at the end of each day. She has really become one of the kids that amazes me in her day to day reasoning and ability to step outside herself to see life and all its challenges and successes. I am proud to have her as a bonus to my life!

Penelope (Penny) Arnold

Bridesmaid

Penny is my rainbow baby is lives up to that title even though she doesn't know it. As the 3rd born, Penny has quickly learned that if you want some time with mom, you better bug her till you get it. I don't think there is anything better than hearing Penny's stories, watching Penny becoming the most sincere and caring human, or seeing her beauty on the outside but even more so on the inside. She is definitely in her diva era when it comes to styling her wardrobe each day or ensuring her hair is pristine for a day at school. Penny has a heart of gold wanting nothing more than to make everyone around her happy always. Penny is my most humbled yet fierce girl who made sure her bonus dad knew just how excited she was that he finally proposed to her mom. Her bubbly personality can make anyone smile and will be so fun to have with us on our day. Blending families is not easy but Penny does it with such grace and humbleness that I sometimes have to ask myself what would Penny do.

Elijah (Eli) Arnold

Ring Bearer

Eli is probably the smartest little dude you will ever find yourself chatting with. If you are lucky enough to catch him in a good mood, he will tell you all sorts of facts you had no idea you didn't know but now won't ever forget. His brain is something different then we are used to, which faces many challenges when trying to raise him to be a good human without a temper. Eli is our ring bearer because he is the youngest of the kids and really likes to be helpful. He is so excited to get this role in the wedding and is a lucky little man to get the opportunity to be raised by both Casey and I for the longest amount of time (or maybe he isn't only time will tell!).

Raelynn (RaeRae) Rockrich

Flower Girl

Our little Rae of Sunshine is going to be our flower girl and she sure will make a cute one. Raelynn is our sassy little niece who just absolutely loves and adores her Uncle Casey and all of her cousins. She is going to make the cutest little flower girl but keep an eye out for her natural pouty face she likes to give everyone when she isn't sure of what is happening. Our little flower girl, has brought so much joy and excitement to our lives and everyone else who ever gets to meet her. She has killer dance moves so come dance with her on the dance floor. Her electrically blonde toe head fits her every bit of personality to the T. We will take any chance at having special time with our little ray of sunshine which is why we couldn't pass up having her walk with Penny to toss flower petals across the walkway for us.
