Question

When can we RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP now - on the RSVP page! We know many of you will be planning your vacation around this event, and we'd love to know if you'll be able to join us! To help us with seating, please RSVP by July 1, 2025. If you’re unable to attend, please let us know as well. Thank you!

Question

Can I invite my family to the wedding or bring a plus one?

Answer

We absolutely encourage your family to visit Hawai'i and experience its beauty! We know this is a vacation for many, but unfortunately, we’re limited on the number of guests we can invite to the ceremony and reception. You’ll find the exact number of attendees when you RSVP on our website. We really appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Can I bring my children

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we've decided to make our special day adults-only. We’ll only be able to accommodate children who are part of the wedding party and named on the invitation. Think of it as the perfect night under the stars! We can't wait to celebrate with you, and we really appreciate your understanding

Question

Will there be transportation for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! We highly encourage all our guests to take advantage of the convenient transportation options we've provided. It also allows everyone to enjoy the event without the worry of parking or navigating through unfamiliar areas. We want everyone to have a memorable experience, and using the provided transportation is a great way to do just that! Please email us mahoe.ramos2025@gmail.com letting us know!

Question

When should we book our flights and hotel?

Answer

Check out our "TRAVEL" section for hotel block. Book your flights as soon as you can! Start looking for flights to Honolulu (HNL) in January. This gives you plenty of time to find the best rates and fares for you and your family. Once you’ve booked - don't forget to RSVP for our big day!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We can’t wait to see our amazing family and friends all dressed up for our big day! Our wedding attire is outdoor formal, so think summer dresses and comfy suits that are ready for fun. Since we’ll be outside on the grass, make sure to dress accordingly—but don’t forget those dancing shoes, because we’re going to party!

Question

Where should we stay in Hawai'i?

Answer

Here’s the scoop: our ceremony and reception will be happening on beautiful O'ahu Island! The best place to stay? Waikiki, of course! And lucky for you, we’ve got a hotel block ready for you—check out our travel section for all the details. Waikiki has something for everyone, no matter your budget, and it's super close to the airport with tons of yummy restaurants. But if you have any questions about where to stay, just let us know!

Question

Is the ceremony and reception close to Waikiki?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be held at the stunning Kualoa Ranch. Please note, there’s only one road leading there, and it takes about 40 minutes or more to get there from Waikiki. While you can take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi, out of Waikiki, but it may be difficult to get one to return. O'ahu is a busy island, and traffic can sneak up on you. So, give yourself plenty of time and don’t just go by distance—allow for some extra travel time! We have a shuttle!

Question

Is there a chance of rain?

Answer

It always rains in Hawaii, so please come prepared for possible showers. As brides, we hope it doesn't rain during our event, but we are prepared for possible showers.
