It all started when Brea walked into her Mustang Village apartment one late Thursday evening in September 2012 after a 8-10pm philosophy class to find a young Bradley sporting bright red Toms and a boy band haircut eating a Chipotle burrito on her living room couch (love at first sight, am I right?). Turns out her roommate had been friends with him from the Cal Poly dorms and following an evening of playing the game LIFE at their local doughnut shop (SLODoCo ifykyk), dyeing streaks of their hair blue, and purchasing concert tickets, the two were inseparable from literally day one. It was only a month later that Bradley took Brea on a grand scavenger hunt around all of their favorite spots in San Luis Obispo, and for each spot, Brea was given a Scrabble letter which in the end read Girlfriend? (spoiler alert - she said yes!) It’s a difficult task summing up twelve years of growth, of adventure, of highs and lows, and most of all love. We’ve been by each other’s side through it all, and many of you family, friends & past roommates, have been through it with us. After long hours ‘studying’ at the Kennedy library late into the night, multiple rowdy fraternity formals, graduating together in 2016. Moving in together that following summer, finding our footing at our first big kid jobs, serendipitously achieving a lifetime goal of ours and getting our sweet fluffball Huxley. Driving the 3-4+ hours back and forth from SLO > LA, LA > SLO every weekend for a year and learning how to handle long distance (which we did, swimmingly!) to moving across multiple state lines and falling in love with everything the PNW has to offer. The two of us are best friends in every way and live such a full life of laughter, dog hair, music festivals, travels, and couldn’t imagine our lives any other way. We both feel so lucky to be able to finally celebrate our past and future with each and every one of you. We could not be more thrilled for the next chapter life has waiting for us!
