Do I get a plus one?

Answer

We hope we can accomodate everyone to have a plus one! However, kids do count as part of our final guest count, so married couples & long-term relationships with take priority for plus ones. We will know more when we send out official invitations :)

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Of course! All kiddos are welcome to join the party - as long as you are comfortable keeping track/being responsible for them.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

I am using your transportation bus, how will I know when it is picking me up from my hotel?

Answer

Stay tuned! We will have a schedule posted a week before the wedding with the pick up schedule for our transportation service. It will be listed under the "Travel & Lodging" tab.

What do I do for transportation?

Answer

Outside of the wedding day, guests will need to coordinate their preferred method of transportation while they are here! Whether that be a rental car, uber, etc.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

All we ask is no jeans :) We want you to be comfortable, but also dressed for a wedding! Formal or semi-formal attire will be fine. You can wear dress pants instead of an actual dress if you're like Bre and are more comfortable in that!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We have several family members with food allergies, specifically gluten & dairy, so we will be doing a buffet style to offer flexible options. However, please reach out to Bre if you have allergies that need go be accommodated.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

yes, there is a parking lot at the venue for people to park for the dinner rehearsal and the day of the wedding if you decide to drive rather than take the shuttle.

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

Depends on your budget and how much time you have! Bre & Kyle will by flying into Spokane, it is cheaper but comes with a drive. So all personal preference - see the "travel & lodging" page for more!

Where should I get lodging?

Answer

Preferably the Northern Missoula area, to make it easier for our transportation company! If you are arranging your own transportation to and from the wedding, it is personal preference where you stay - see the travel & lodging page for more!
