Hotel
We have reserved a private boutique hotel for our ourselves, wedding party, and guests! This is where we will be having all of our wedding activities. To reserve your room, please use the link below. Playa Fiesta does have a maximim number of rooms available, therefore reservations are on a first come, first serve basis. When you book, Playa Fiesta will collect CC information but will not charge you until checkout. For this reason, if you choose to cancel, you will be held liable for the room you have reserved. Travel Note
A passport is mandatory for any one entering Mexico. Initial passport processing or passport renewal use to take several weeks but can now take several months, please apply in advance! For those with passports, please check expiration dates! Make sure it's more than 6 months from the month and year of your expiration date in order to travel with current passport. If not, you must renew your passport asap. Visit the link provided for more information.
Flight
We have chosen not to arrange a group flight to and from Puerto Vallarta. However, we would love to know when you book your flight and your estimated time of arrival and departure. This gives us an opportunity to make your check-in and check-out as quick and easy as possible! We look forward to hearing from you!
Flight
At the exit of the airport, timeshare people will approach you. Keep walking! Several modes of transportation available outside: Taxis: To the left when you exit. Large labeled stand. CASH ONLY (USD/pesos). Uber: Past the Taxi stand. Pick up is usually by bus stop/across pedestrian bridge. Shuttles: If traveling w/ large group, inform us! We could help arrange pick up at a discounted rate.
Travel Note
“Effective January 26, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will require all air passengers entering the United States (including U.S. citizens and Legal Permanent Residents) to present a negative COVID-19 test, taken within three calendar days of departure, or proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days. Airlines must confirm the negative test result or proof of recent recovery for all passengers prior to boarding. Airlines must deny boarding of passengers who do not provide documentation of a negative test or recovery.” This is subject to change as we get closer to the day of departure.
