Please RSVP by November 1st, so we can get an accurate headcount.
ASAP! Estes Park is packed with tourist during the holidays, so be sure to book your travel and rooms as soon as possible. If you need some recommendations on where to stay check out the 'Travel' tab. There are tons of places to stay in Estes Park and the surrounding areas.
Please dress warm! The ceremony will be held on the covered deck. There will be space heaters, however temperatures range from 18-36 degrees in Estes Park during January. The reception will follow and be held inside the venue.
The dress code is Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Be sure to bring a warm coat and maybe some gloves.
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! We know most everyone is from out of town, so please allow ample time for travel. Driving in the snow can take some time, especially if you are not used to it.
Parking is free. You will be directed where to park when you arrive at the venue.
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have further questions, please let us know.
There will be a cocktail hour directly after the ceremony followed by a full sit down meal inside the venue.
Your presence is gift enough, but if you're feeling particularly generous, we are registered at Amazon, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Target. Please check the 'Registry' tab to be directed to the registry lists.
Yes! We encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #letsgetperryd so we can keep track of all of your pictures! We would love it if you would download 'The Guest' app to upload pictures so we can all see and enjoy the pictures of your time at the wedding and while in Colorado!! Also, please remember to silence your phone for the ceremony.
Of course kids are welcome! However, we just ask that you do your best to keep them quiet during the ceremony. In case they get fussy, you may step inside the venue.
If you still have questions, please let us know. You can reach us on Facebook or call/txt Rachel (936-230-8097).
