Transportation

Reno/Sparks is fairly small and, for us, the use of Ubers or Lyfts is not typically worth it since the prices are much higher than other areas. We will both be off the week of the wedding and we can always coordinate with family since many of us live here in town if you need to be picked up or dropped off anywhere. We also recommend renting a car if you are here for a few days to make it easier to get around :) (we tend to like booking through Costco).

Although we are happy to say our wedding will be on a 3-day weekend to allow for all the celebration, it is also Labor Day weekend, Rib Cook Off weekend, and it happens to be the tail end of Burning Man, too. Hotels are likely to book quickly and tend to be more expensive because of this. Please keep that in mind when making your travel arrangements, we can’t wait to see you all!

This is where we will be having our reception! The hotel offers a link and code when booking and can also be booked through phone, if you prefer. They are giving us 2 offers for Deluxe rooms on the night of the wedding, 8/30. ***OFFER EXPIRES 7/16*** There will be 10 rooms available for the price listed below. Deluxe Single King or Double Queen beds $167.00 per night. These rooms are on floors 5 -14 and don’t include access to the club lounge. After the first 10 have been booked, all rooms following that will be at the price below: Deluxe Single King or Double Queen beds: $175.00 per night. These rooms are on floors 5 -14 and don’t include access to the club lounge. Club Lounge Rooms $225 per night. They are on the executive level floors, 15 and 16 and include access to the lounge where there is breakfast and an evening happy hour included.
