Question

Do I need to wear a mask?

Answer

A mask is recommended but not required. We will be providing masks for our guests if anyone forgets to bring one.

Question

Approximately how many people will be there?

Answer

We don’t have an exact answer, but we’re estimating around 250.

Question

Do I need to get tested before attending?

Answer

We highly recommend you do for your own knowledge and safety. It is not required, but we think it’s a good idea to ensure that we prevent spread during our event.

Question

Is your wedding kid friendly?

Answer

Yes, we kept it to close family members, so if your child is not formally invited, please find arrangements so you can join us for our celebration.

Question

Will there be transportation between wedding and hotel blocks?

Answer

Yes, a Lyft code is set up in order for our guests to travel safely. There is also a shuttle for those staying at the Fairfield Inn.

Question

Will there be a coat check?

Answer

There is a large closet with plenty of space for all of our guest's coats and boots if you want to switch your shoes out!

Question

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes. There is plenty of parking across the street, and a smaller lot directly off the Old Bag Factory building.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail or formal attire, please.

Question

Is there handicap access?

Answer

Yes. There is a ramp to get into building, along with an elevator.

Question

Which time zone is the venue in?

Answer

The wedding venue is in Eastern-Standard time. Example: ceremony at 4:30 eastern-standard, would be 3:30 central-standard. Please allow yourselves enough time to check in to hotels and get to ceremony.

Question

How far are the hotels from the venue?

Answer

They are about 2 miles from each other, however, the Elkhart hotel block is about 9 miles.

Question

Is there one venue for ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are located in the same venue.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate those who are formally invited. It will be indicated on your “rsvp” card the amount of seats available in your honor.
