What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We appreciate you RSVP no later than June 24, 2024. The earlier the better!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors and air-conditioned!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear semi-formal neutral colors only (black, navy, olive, grey, etc.) No bright, harsh colors.

Parking situation?

Answer

There is free parking is available at St. Francis and at Embassy Suites.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Yes. All the kids that are invited are our nieces and nephews. Please note that our caterer will not be providing a kids menu.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Unfortunately no, we will have a cash bar. There is a bar at the hotel lobby where you are welcomed to purchase your alcoholic beverages of choice. We do ask that you do not bring any alcohol into the ballroom.

Are there room blocks available at Embassy Suites?

Answer

We do not have a room block but there is a separate link on the "Travel" tab for you to book rooms with Embassy. If you are a Hilton Rewards member, you may have better rates available. All hotel guests are invited to join us for breakfast in the hotel lobby on Thursday, July 25th. Non hotel guests may join us too and pay the $25 breakfast fee.
