Will there be a welcome party on Friday night?

Answer

Yes! Join us at Havana '59 on the 2nd and 3rd floor patios at 7pm on May 7th! Just a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive from the Omni.

Are there events planned for Saturday prior to the ceremony?

Answer

No, the day is yours to explore the city! Feel free to refer to our "food and fun" page for suggestions.

Will there be transportation provided to and from the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Three large coach buses will leave from The Omni Richmond Hotel at 4 pm to go to The Mill at Fine Creek. At 10 pm, one bus will return from The Mill at Fine Creek to The Omni with the other 2 buses following at 11 pm.

If I plan to drive to the wedding venue, where can I park?

There is a parking lot available for your use at the venue

What time should I arrive?

Answer

If you plan on taking your own transportation, we ask that you arrive around 4:30 pm. The ceremony will begin at 5 pm.

Is the entire wedding going to be held at one venue?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at The Mill at Fine Creek. Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors.

Is there a kid friendly area at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a children's playroom available for your use.
