Prospect Park
We walked all around Prospect Park on our first date!
Villager
We spent many hours at Villager. It was our favorite coffee shop in Brooklyn. We still miss it.
Rockefeller Center
December is the perfect time to see the holiday lights and the iconic Christmas tree at Rock Center. You can even get in some ice skating!
Brooklyn Shopping
The busiest thoroughfare in hip Williamsburg. Bedford Avenue is a great place to shop, grab a bite, and people watch. We walked Bedford Avenue on one of our first dates (it was Leslie's first time in a Lululemon)!
Broadway Musicals
If you are staying in town for the weekend, we recommend taking in a Broadway show. And though we detest Times Square, it is home to one of our favorite things to do in the city (we've seen a lot of shows together). Click the link to find out what's playing!

On one of our early dates, Leslie made a reservation at this Northern Japanese restaurant. We loved it so much that we've taken friends and family back - this is one of our favorite restaurants in NYC!
