Our ceremony and reception will take place outdoors and will be oriented toward the 1960's and 1970's. 5:00PM-5:30PM - Ceremony 5:30PM-6:20PM - Drinks & Appetizers (Open Bar) 6:20PM-6:30PM - Newlywed Entrance & First Dance 6:30PM-7:30PM - Santa Maria BBQ Buffet 7:30PM - Toasts & Dancing 8:00PM - Cake Cutting & Dessert 8:30PM - Dance Contest 9:30PM - Last Call @ Open Bar 10:00PM - Send Off Please note: although we love your little ones, this is an adult-only affair. If you plan to travel with your kid(s) to SLO, we would be happy to arrange a babysitter for the evening. Please just let us know!

Our ceremony will take place outdoors on grass, so please choose footwear accordingly. We also suggest bringing an extra layer as it may get cooler at night. Please plan to arrive and get seated between 4:30 and 4:50.
