Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
RSVP for the Wedding will be January 15. We request that all RSVP's are accompanied with the booking number of your reservation to the hotel listed on the invitation. RSVP's without the booking number of the reservation will be considered incomplete. In order to book your reservation please email our travel agent with all of your information and that of those who are attending the wedding to travelrosario@hotmail.com.

When can we start booking?
Answer
Booking is open from this point forward till January 15. We have rooms blocked off for the wedding. In order to reserve your room you need to put a 50 dollar deposit per person, that goes towards your stay, and you can make payments until February 2025, in which the hotel will require the full payment of your stay. Please contact the travel agent to book at travelrosario@hotmail.com

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We want to celebrate our special day with those we love and those who love us. While we would love to extend the invite to others, we are only able to extend the invite to those on listed on the RSVP section of the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and cannot wait to see you then.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
YES! We are hosting a family friendly events. Our hotel is a family friendly resort and has a kids club available for children ages 4+. Please note the ceremony and reception will be hosted on the beach with the ocean close by with no life guard present.

Do I need a passport to travel to the Dominican Republic?
Answer
Yes, if your passports expiration date is anywhere from May 2025 to December 2025 you will need to get new passport.

What are the travel requirements?
Answer
If you are traveling from the U.S. there is no travel requirements. However, when traveling internationally, you will need to fill out an online travel form before entering the Dominican Republic that will produce a QR code to board the plane. That will be provided to your by our travel agent.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes! Please let me know any dietary restrictions when you RSVP so that we can ensure the hotel will provide accommodations.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! We requests that our guests dress in beach formal. For example for women we encourage midi or long dresses. For men we request no shorts and suit jackets are not required.
