Our all time favorite BBQ stop! We stop on the way up and down. Our order is a half-rack of ribs with a side of mac and cheese and green chili. However they also have amazing tri-tip, pulled pork, and sausages!
Schat's is known for their breads and pastries! We love their Sourdough, Sheepherders bread, and Lemon Pound cake! Make sure you stop at the one in Bishop and not Mammoth!
