On the travel tab you will be able to find information on the various room blocks we have available. Although we have room blocks at those locations, Airbnb is always an option for larger parties.
Unfortunately, around that time of year the airport in Bishop and Mammoth are closed. The next flight option would be to fly into Reno which is a three hour drive from Mammoth.
The ceremony will be outdoors in a beautiful aspen tree grove. The reception will be in an enclosed tent!
Formal invitations will be sent out 3 months before the wedding which will have information on how to RSVP. Once those invitations arrive, we ask that you please RSVP by September 10th, 2026 to allow us to finalize our plans. If we don't hear from you by September 10th, we will assume you are unable to attend, and unfortunately, won't be able to reserve your seat.
We wish we could include everyone, but due to limited space, we kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend.
Uber and Lyft are very limited in Mammoth, so we recommend plannining ahead. The good news is there are free local shuttles and buses! We are also in the process of arranging transportation for our wedding day to make things easier for everyone!
