Guests are invited & encouraged to help us celebrate in summer formal attire. Please indulge us in making our day special by dressing in shades of pink, red, purple and gray. If you have any other questions other than what we've listed here, please reach out to Courtney at 712-360-0752.
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is black-tie preferred. This means that you should wear the nicest clothing you have access to. If you don't already have a tuxedo or a floor-length gown, a nice cocktail dress or a suit is perfectly acceptable.

When should I RSVP by and how do I do this?

Answer

April 30 - RSVP's can be completed a couple different ways. One way is by mailing back the RSVP card in your invitation (the preferred way). The second way can be done by using our wedding website; click the RSVP tab and fill out the prompts. The third option can be done by texting the bride at 712-360-0752 with number attending or not attending. We strongly encourage you to RSVP once you receive your invitation in the mail so we can actuate a proper guest count for our large wedding.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your kids, but due to many factors including limited space, we respectfully request only family members bring children. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a date night - we appreciate you making prior arrangements.

Is there a shuttle to the venue?

Answer

If you are staying at The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sioux Falls Southwest or Hyatt Place, then yes. If you have made arrangements to stay elsewhere, then you will need to find your own transportation to the venue. If you are driving yourself, there will be free parking on site. Hyatt Place Shuttle Schedule: 2:15pm - pick up at Hyatt 2:45pm - drop off at Atrium 3:15pm - pick up at Hyatt 3:45pm - drop off at Atrium 10:00pm - pick up at Atrium 10:30pm - drop off at Hyatt 11:00pm - pick up at Atrium 11:30pm - drop of at Hyatt Holiday Inn Express Shuttle Schedule: 2:15pm - pick up at Holiday Inn 2:35pm - drop off at Atrium 2:50pm - pick up at Holiday Inn 3:10pm - drop off at Atrium 3:30pm - pick up at Holiday Inn 3:50pm - drop off at Atrium 10:15pm - pick up at Atrium 10:30pm - drop off at Holiday Inn 10:45pm - pick up at Atrium 11:00pm - drop off at Holiday Inn

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place? Is the ceremony and/or reception outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception venue are at the same location. The wedding ceremony will be held outdoors weather pending. If rain is forecasted for our special day, the ceremony will be moved indoors. The reception is indoors.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Why? Well, we've hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone/device blocking that moment for her to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want! And we promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #lesaginginlove so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony the bride and groom will be getting on a party bus with the bridal party for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception space where there will be 'hors d'oeuvres' and cocktails.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please reach out to Courtney at 712-360-0752 regarding allergy information to arrange alternate food options.

Answer

We are registered through Zola, Crate & Barrel & Bed Bath & Beyond.
