We recommend everyone arrives in Mexico Thursday 5/25/23. We will have our Welcome Party on Friday 5/26/23 in the afternoon/early evening that we would really want you to be there for and the Wedding the next day on Saturday 5/27/23. Then you can stay as long as you'd like, of course. This will be at one of the bars/restaurants for an open bar, a few welcome speeches and announcements, music, apps, etc. Then we will move it down to the beach for some fun games on the beach to all hang out and kick the wedding weekend off together!

RESORT IS ADULTS ONLY, unfortunately all children must be left at home. Spots are limited, please do NOT RSVP if you know that you will not be attending. You can look at our room block website to budget out your trip before RSVP'ing, just keep in mind that ROOM BLOCKS will go through our website. WHY XCARET? We chose this magical resort because it's where we got engaged and it's an EXPERIENCE like no other resort we've been to and wanted to share it with you! ATTIRE Even though it's a MEXICO wedding, we're not getting married on the beach/sand. The Ceremony will be in a beautiful Chapel overlooking the Ocean and the Reception is in the Lagoon area on cobblestone/hard surface. It will be HOT in May. Suggested wedding attire colors are black, white, neutrals and champaign.
1:00 pm - 6:00 pm
The day after the wedding, Sunday 5/28/23, we will be planning to go to the Adventure Park that is INCLUDED with the resort. There are 6 of them you can choose from! They include swimming in a Cenote, swimming in caves, Ziplining the rainforest, water slides, swimming with dolphins, speed boats, etc.. THIS IS OPTIONAL! If you want the day after the wedding to enjoy your vacation, go paddle boarding in the lagoon, have a beach day or pool day, go to the spa... whatever you want to do, it's YOUR vacation! Chris and L'Erin want to go to one of the Adventure Parks to do an excursion, so we wanted to invite everyone and whoever wants to join is invited! The only two things we want everyone at is the Welcome Party and Wedding! But we want there to be time for you to have vacation time too!! Some of the amusement parks require people to RSVP 24 hours in advance, so be sure to check in with the hotel if you would like to join.
