Yes, transportation to/from hotel to the ceremonies and also to/from airport will be arranged.

As flight tickets tend to increase around that time, its strongly recommended to book tickets in advance and let us know latest by October. Even if you are attending only a single event, please RSVP as "Yes, Will Attend".

Will I need a Visa?

If you do not hold an Indian passport, then yes, you will need a visa. Please apply for one well ahead of time as it can take a few weeks to get one.
