We met each other in high school. We started out as friends, and then best friends, before we started dating. It was at Leonie's birthday party in November 2006, while dancing with her that Rohan realized that she was the one. Leonie had known for a while now. From after school rendezvous to late night/early morning phone calls when we were on different continents, we spent as much time together as we could. Exactly 10 years later, Rohan popped the question.

"Rohan planned this extravagant trip to New Zealand last year and proposed to me at Waiheke after taking me on an aerial tour of the island. We were walking down a beach when he got on one knee and pulled out the ring. It was a beautiful and pleasant surprise!"
