When is the RSVP deadline?

We are asking all guests to please RSVP before July 1 so we can give final numbers to our amazing vendors. If you have any questions, please reach out to Haley, Sam, or TheLeonhardWedding@gmail.com.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 15 to 20 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love all our friends' little ones so much, we kindly request that this be an adults-only celebration unless noted on your invitation.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is black tie optional/formal. Floor-length dresses and gowns, formal cocktail dresses, tuxedos, and formal suits with a jacket and tie are all appropriate. Festive and summer colors are welcome.

Will the wedding be outside?

No, all wedding events, including the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be indoors

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony and enjoy the moment with us as it is part of the church's policy. Please take as many photos and videos as you would like at the reception.

Do you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions for dinner?

Answer

Yes! Please note any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP so our catering team can accommodate you. If you have any concerns, please reach out to TheLeonhardWedding@gmail.com.

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes, there will ample parking available at both the church and the reception. For parking at the church, there are lots beside the church and across the street from the main sanctuary. Please enter through the main doors at the front of the church.

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

Dallas-Fort Worth has two airports, Dallas-Lovefield and Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. Dallas-Lovefield is smaller and home to mostly Southwest, while DFW is home to American Airlines, and many other major airlines fly into there. Both are great options and close to Arlington, but DFW is slightly closer.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we will be having a casual welcome event on Friday, August 7, following our rehearsal dinner. Please visit our "schedule" page for more information. We hope you can join us, as we would love to see you before the big day!
