We're Getting Married!

We are so happy you’re here! Thank you for being part of our story and for celebrating this joyful season with us. Your love, support, and prayers mean more to us than we can fully express, and we cannot wait to gather our favorite people in one place to begin this next chapter together. Our wedding is not only a celebration of our love, but a celebration of the community that has shaped us, supported us, and brought us to this moment. We feel incredibly blessed to be surrounded by family and friends who have encouraged us throughout our lives. Sam and Haley matched on Hinge in November 2023, a modern love story. Their first date was supposed to be in late November, but Sam canceled because he wasn’t feeling well. Instead of assuming he was pulling the classic “mysterious illness” move, Haley decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and texted the next day to say she hoped he was feeling better… just in case he was actually sick and not just pulling a disappearing act. Turns out, that was a very smart move. Sam loved that she reached out, and the conversation continued, and Sam called to reschedule for the following weekend. Their first official date was indoor putt-putt. Haley won (important detail), but both left feeling like they had hit a hole-in-one. What started as mini golf turned into hours of conversation about everything from movies, football, family, politics, and goals to topics probably a little too deep for a first date. After they said goodbye, Sam quickly followed up with a “Best Date Ever!” text, and both knew this was something special. The rest of December felt like a rom-com montage of fun dates: axe throwing, escape rooms, ice skating, bowling, Christmas movies, and just about every festive activity they could fit in. Sam even won over Haley's dog, Rhett, immediately by arriving at their first meeting with treats in hand. By the time the New Year rolled around, it felt only natural to make it official. And the rest, as they say, is history. Haley and Sam can't wait to get married and continue their story!
