Winter Park Resort

We ask all guests to book lodging at the base of the Winter Park Ski Area. This way everyone will be within walking distance to each other, the welcome dinner and the shuttle to the wedding venue. This lodging is also walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, bars and activities including an alpine slide, mountain biking, rock climbing, fishing and hiking. There are several options from studios to 3 bedroom condos. Zephyr Mountain Lodge, Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe and Parry Peak Lofts are on the same square in the middle of the action. The Vintage Hotel is a 1 min Cabriolet ride and Iron Horse Resort is a ½ mile walk from the base. The best way to book is by calling Winter Park Lodging Reservations at (866) 239-3989. Their hours are Mon-Fri 8-4:30, Sat and Sun 9–4. Our group code is 3H46BC, which will get you a discount. Shuttle

Shuttle

Shuttles will depart from Founder's Pointe/Fraser Crossing at 3:15PM and 3:30 PM. We encourage guests to take the early bus. The venue is beautiful and lawn games and refreshments will be available prior to the start of the ceremony. Travel time between the lodging and the ceremony/reception venue is 30 minutes and it is a scenic mountain drive. Shuttles will depart the venue at 9:30 PM and 11 PM. There will be two drop off locations on the return trip: Fraser Crossing/Founder's Pointe and the Vintage Hotel.

Denver International Airport to Winter Park

Winter Park Resort is about a one hour and 45 minute drive from Denver International Airport. Keep drinking water as you are driving to Winter Park as you will be gaining elevation!

We anticipate that most guests who fly into Denver will rent vehicles and drive to Winter Park. There are car rental services at Denver International Airport and throughout Denver. Home James is an alternative for those who would prefer to shuttle from the airport to lodging at the Winter Park Base.
