Question

Are there shuttles to and from venue?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will depart from Founder's Pointe/Fraser Crossing at 3:15PM and 3:30 PM. We encourage guests to take the early bus. The venue is beautiful and lawn games and refreshments will be available prior to the start of the ceremony. Travel time between the lodging and the ceremony/reception venue is 30 minutes and it is a scenic mountain drive. Shuttles will depart the venue at 9:30 PM and 11 PM. There will be two drop off locations on the return trip: Fraser Crossing/Founder's Pointe and the Vintage Hotel.

Question

What if I am driving to the venue?

Answer

The address for the venue is 2690 County Road 60, Granby, CO 80446. Some GPS apps will say you have arrived at the venue before you get there. You may need to drive another half mile down the road. There will be wooden signs directing you to the entrance which will be on the right hand side of the road. Most guests will take the shuttle but there will be parking at the venue. If you plan on driving, please arrive by 4PM.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire, but please wear shoes appropriate for grass and gravel.

Question

What will the elevation be?

Answer

The Winter Park base area elevation is 9,000 feet and the Strawberry Creek Ranch 9N elevation is 8,300 feet. Altitude sickness can occur at these elevations. If your plans permit, consider staying in Denver for a few hours or a night before traveling to Winter Park. Hydrate well. Please see the following link for more information: https://www.uchealth.org/today/2017/12/15/altitude-sickness/

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes. This is a rustic venue on a working ranch so they will need to be supervised! There will be a fire pit for s'mores and plenty of dancing for all.

Question

What else should I know?

Answer

Summer nights in the Colorado Mountains are often in the 30s-40s. Bring warm clothes for the weekend.
