July 27, 2025 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Our venue is a semi-remote location. We will be booking a shuttle or car service for folks staying in Sidney and Victoria. Details to come.

Flight

YYJ Victoria International Airport

The Victoria International Airport is only about 15 minutes drive from our venue (Sidney/Deep Cove) and about 30 minutes drive from downtown Victoria. When you are deciding where to stay: Sidney is closest to the venue to, while Victoria has more activities.

Travel Note

Ferry

Our venue is very close to Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal, on Vancouver Island. There are hourly sailings from Vancouver (Tsawwassen)-Victoria (Swartz Bay). It’s recommended to get a reservation if you are bringing your car. Walk on passengers very, very rarely need any kind of reservation. Make sure to show up 30-60 minutes before your sailing for all vehicle reservations & walk-ons. If you forgo a vehicle reservation, sometimes there are multiple sailing waits in the summer, meaning many hours in the ferry car line-up. Swartz-Bay Ferry terminal is about 15 minutes from our venue & Sidney, and about 35 minutes to downtown Victoria.
