Town of Banff and Banff National Park
The town of Banff is a charming mountain village nestled in a national park. Banff National Park is home to the world renowned Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. If you are looking for a stunning mountain experience, venture up the road from Canmore into the winter wonderland!
Upper Kananaskis Lake
This was the hike where we got engaged! The road out there is very scenic if you're looking for a winter drive.
Surprise Corner Viewpoint
Head out this short drive to see an epic view of the Banff Springs Hotel, a castle in the rockies! We were lucky enough to stay at the hotel while Mike did renovations work on it!
Ski Banff and Lake Louise
If you're a skiier (we're more of ski lodgers...), there are 3 ski resorts in Banff: Lake Louise, Sunshine Village, and Mt. Norquay.
