Courtyard Southington by Marriott

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Courtyard Marriott in Southington. When booking, if you don't see anything in the block available (or the room option that you'd like available), let us know so that we can have more added :) The block rate is $109/night for a standard room (1 King or 2 Queens) plus 15% CT Hotel Tax. The block is from Friday February 11th through Sunday February 13th. Please note: You can book in the block until JANUARY 11, 2022. If you are booking after this date, the block rate cannot be applied. This hotel is off Exit 31 from I-84. There are lots of stores nearby for any essentials that you may need.

Shuttle

Shuttle - Hotel to Aria

February 12, 2022 3:00 pm - 3:00 pm

There will be a shuttle from the hotel to the Aria that leaves Southington at 3:00pm. There will only be ONE shuttle which is available. If you are unable to make the shuttle, please make arrangements to get yourself to the venue - both Uber & Lyft are available in the area and parking is free at the Aria. NOTE: You do not have to be staying at the hotel in order to take the shuttle, but you must be picked up there.

Shuttle - Aria back to Hotel

February 12, 2022 9:30 pm - 10:00 pm

There will be two shuttles leaving the Aria to go back to the hotel. One will leave at XXX and the second at XXX. These will be the only two shuttles back to the hotel. If you do not plan to take the shuttle back, please make arrangements to get yourself home/to the hotel safely. Both Uber & Lyft are available in the area. NOTE: You do not have to be staying at the hotel in order to take the shuttle back. You can leave your car at the Aria and come back for it the next day if necessary.
