Will I have to wear a mask while indoors?

Answer

At this time, the State of Connecticut requires all non-vaccinated individuals to wear a mask while indoors. This may be subject to change so you can continue to check back here, or at the following website for the most up to date State of CT Covid guidelines. https://portal.ct.gov/Coronavirus/Covid-19-Knowledge-Base/Latest-COVID-19-Guidance#:~:text=Masks%20and%20Face%20Covering%20Requirements,unavoidable%2C%20whether%20indoors%20or%20outdoors.

Do I have to be vaccinated to attend?

Answer

No, but we ask that if you're feeling unwell (regardless of your vaccination status) that you stay home to keep everyone safe. All guests, regardless of vaccination status, will have to follow the rules and guidelines regarding Covid-19 as set by the State of Connecticut.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/Semi-formal. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose (not you, Kevin - your shoes stay on).

RSVP: How do I RSVP and when is the deadline?

Answer

There is an RSVP card that you mail back to us. Kindly RSVP by January 12, 2020.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids, but our wedding is an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation was addressed to you "and Guest", then of course! Just let us know who will be joining you on your RSVP card with your meal preferences. (If your guest's name is Toby, they may not attend)

Where do you recommend I stay? Is there a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Where should guests park who are not taking the shuttle from the hotel?

You can park right at the Aria - parking is free!

"Love's Eternal Glory" Nah, just kidding. We don't have a theme.

What happens after the ceremony?

The real party starts ; ) Head over to the Ballroom for cocktail hour, grab a drink and some apps and we'll be joining you soon!

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Would this be a Capozzi/Allen shindig without food or drinks? We'll have all kinds of food & beverages - so bring your appetite.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/ gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Absolutely! On your RSVP card there's an option for Beef, Chicken, Fish and Vegetarian/Vegan but there's also a place where you can indicate other dietary restrictions that you may have (ie. nut free, gluten free, dairy free, etc).

Shots, Shots, Shots!

As with most wedding venues, there is a NO SHOTS policy. Please be respectful and don't hassle our bartenders. This being said, we won't stop you from ordering Tequila neat ;)
