Maid of Honor
Reneé is my older sister by two years. I always looked up to Reneé. She had such motherly quality’s about herself and has always been so determined to make a difference in life. Reneé is the kind of sister that would do anything for us whether it’s rubbing my stomach all night when I had a stomach ache or carrying me all the way to the house from the bus because I had to go to the bathroom and claimed I couldn’t walk. Although Reneé has always wanted to move out of Vermont and took the first opportunity to when she moved to Florida for college we still always remained just as close. Plus her surprise or planned visits are always very special to me and I cherish the quality time spent together. Reneé is currently living in NC with her five year old son named Mason who I love dearly.
Matron of Honor
Steph is my older sister by one year. We have always shared a room with each other growing up until we reached high school. I went to Steph for everything. She was my best friend (as well as Reneé). After high school I moved in with Steph for several years. Since then we both have bought our own condos and continue to live life together. We always wanted to be on schedule with our life changes and it has coincidentally worked out so far. Steph and I got engaged the same year. However, when talking about having babies during the same time Steph did no waiting around and welcomed their first child May 15th 2023! I couldn’t be more grateful for both Steph and Reneé.
Bridesmaid
Brooke and I both moved to Essex when we were in kindergarten and went to Essex Elementary School. We instantly became friends on one of the first days of school when I yelled at her for not raising her hand before speaking in class. She was my very first friend and has been my best friend ever since. I basically lived at Brooke’s house growing up and become apart of their family. As we entered high school we stayed just as close although we may not have seen each other or hung out as much as we did before. Our senior year we both decided to go into the Dental Assisting Tech program together. After that Brooke went onto Dental Hygiene school and I started working as a Dental Assistant. Fast forward nine years later we are currently co workers at Nile’s Smiles Dental. Brooke and her husband Alex have two young boys named Levi and Hayes and I am grateful they call me Auntie!
Bridesmaid
I met Alicia in 2015 when Jimmy and I first started dating. Alicia from the very beginning always made me feel welcomed into their friend group and made an effort to start a friendship with me. Four years ago Alicia and I moved coincidentally to be within a three minute drive from each other. It has allowed us to see each other on a regular basis that my phone will even alert me when I start driving to tell me how far it is to their address because it assumes that’s where I am going. Alicia and her husband Pat have two beautiful boys who Jimmy and I love very much. It has been so nice to watch them grow and be a part of their life referred to as “auntie and uncle Jim Jim”. Alicia has become one of my best friends and I’m so thankful for Jimmy bringing us together.
Bridesmaid
Lindsey and I met in 2018 when we both moved into our condos that are across from each other. Lindsey went to high school with Jimmy and had an initial connection to us that way. We first got introduced at one of our community fires at the condo. After that we had hung out a few other times within the condo association with other neighbors. Lindsey and I pretty quickly formed a friendship and became very close. Our friendship includes many morning coffee dates, sleepovers and movie nights when Jimmy is gone to deer camp, our evening runs in the summer, brewery exploring and just a friend who I can always rely on! Lindsey has two golden retrievers Murphy and Jax! Lindsey is such a go getter and a hard worker. She is currently working as a MRI technologist and is attending school to become imagining scientist!
Bridesmaid
Savanah and I are first cousins on my dads side. Growing up I would see her almost every other weekend. We would spend several nights having sleepovers together and becoming not only cousins but great friends! As we got older we lost touch for a few years but picked right back up in high school when Savanah was attending the Cosmetology tech program and I was in the Dental Assisting program. Since then Savanah has moved to NC and is working as a licensed massage therapist. Although we don’t live in the state anymore we will still spend several hours on the phone together catching up and maintaining that lifetime bond.
Best Man
Jimmy and Greg were friends throughout high school but their brotherhood truly began after high school graduation. Jimmy and Greg didn’t veer too far from home after graduation which allowed them to grow their passion in Waterfowl hunting. They would spend countless hours hunting, practicing hunting, and discussing hunting together. Somewhere in between all of the hunting there may have been a beer or two as well. In 2013, Jimmy and Greg moved in together where they’d spend the next two years inseparable. Jimmy and Greg, to this day, share the same hobbies and passions just as they did 10 years ago.
Groomsman
Patric and Jimmy grew up in the same neighborhood starting from the time Jimmy was 11 and Patric was 9. They met each other out riding their bikes around the neighborhood and became friends very quickly. They had then introduced their parents to each other which has led to them becoming great friends to this day as well. Patric and Jimmy would spend several evenings and weekends around the neighborhood or across the street at the park. After graduation they remained great friends and moved not to far from each other in their separate apartments. As of most of Jimmys friends, Patric and Jimmy share many common interests. One big one has always been hunting. Jimmy was a groomsmen in Patrics and Alicia’s wedding in 2017 and now live 3 min from each other and spend a lot of time together with myself, Alicia and their two boys , Robert and Thomas.
Groomsman
Jimmy and Andre met at a very young age. They believe it to be around 2001-2002 when playing hockey for the BAHA mites. There would be several times they would need to travel for hockey which had ultimately lead to their parents becoming very good friends as well. They would often carpool and stay in hotels together for out of town games. Andre and Jimmy enjoyed the car rides together and would have the movie “Dumb and Dumber” on repeat. To this day they still recite the lines and Jimmy will have to text Andre a random quote with no explanation and he will send a response back with the next line or another quote of the movie. They both went to Colchester High school and played hockey for the school team. Andre and Jimmy remain close although they don’t see each other all that often. But when they do they pick up right where they left off and can talk for hours.
Groomsman
David and Jimmy met in 2014 through mutual friends. They shared many common interests such as hunting, fishing, hanging out by a bon fire and drinking beer. David lives in Fairfax with his girl friend Bailee and their son Jase. In the earlier years they spent a lot of their time killing geese but as their friendship progressed they have resorted more of their time to brook trout fishing, riding their SXS, ice fishing or just hanging out the four of us and jase.
