Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black-tie optional. You have the option to dress in floor-length gowns, formal jumpsuits, tuxedos or dark suits. We want our guests to dress and feel their best!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, this is parents night off! There will no kids allowed at the welcome party, ceremony, or reception.

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refer to your invitation for guest details. If a plus one has been extended, their name will be included. We appreciate your understanding.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the wedding?

Answer

Yes - transportation will be provided to and from the Hyatt Regency (where the room block is) on the day of the wedding. Transport is a coach bus. The ceremony and reception are located at the same place (Bourne Mansion). Also note - the shuttle will be providing transportation prior to the ceremony until the end of the after party. If at any point throughout the evening you need to leave, the transport will happily take you back.

What time should I arrive to Bourne Mansion?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm, we ask all guest to be seated by 4:20pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes - valet parking is available for the ceremony/reception for those who prefer to drive themselves.

Is the welcome party and wedding handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes, both the welcome party and wedding are mostly handicap accessible.
