Question

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes, we do! Our room block is at the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square in the heart of downtown Lancaster. It's a quick 5 minute ride from the Amtrak station. To take advantage of the room block, please book by May 20th. When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We’d love to know if you can make it (we hope you can!). Please RSVP by May 13th using the RSVP card that came in the mail or via our RSVP section in the top right corner of the website.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Summer cocktail attire (women in colorful summer dresses, men in a suit & colorful tie).

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love kids, unfortunately, we are making this an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, we are registered at a few places (Zola, Bed Bath & Beyond, Pottery Barn). To view all our registries in one place, click the Registry tab in the top right corner of our wedding website.

Will transportation be provided to/from the ceremony?

Answer

We have arranged for a shuttle to take guests to/from the Marriott in Penn Square. Shuttle times will be posted once confirmed.

Question

Where is the ceremony? Where is the reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both at Drumore Estate! The ceremony will take place in the rose garden at 4:00 pm (please arrive by 3:45 pm) and the reception will begin at 4:30 pm on the patio.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, Drumore Estate has plenty of parking onsite. If you will be drinking, we ask that you please have a designated driver, use the shuttle service to/from the Marriott, or use Uber.

Will the ceremony and reception be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The plan is for the ceremony to take place outside in the garden (with the back-up plan to be inside in the Orangery). The reception will take place in a tent outside (it's covered!) followed by dancing in the carriage house.

I have a dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are more than happy to try to accommodate your dietary restriction. Please contact Chelsea as soon as possible so she can let the caterer know!
