Flights from California
I have found that SFO is a bit cheaper to fly out of than Sacramento, if you're able to drive there to fly out. There are nonstop flights on Breeze Air from SFO to Louisville, which is very convenient. Flying out of Sacramento, Southwest is always a great option with free bags. American Airlines, Delta and Spirit also have flights to the area.
