The wedding will be held on Wednesday, February 1st, 2023 in Miami, Florida. The reason why the ceremony will be in Miami versus on the boat is to be inclusive to all of our wedding guests. Some of our guests will not be joining us on the cruise. This is totally fine! We are having a separate wedding ceremony and reception in Miami. Access to more of that information can be found under "The Plan" section of our website.
The short answer is no. The cruise is a part of the wedding celebration. We would love for everyone to join us on the cruise. We discussed having a destination wedding with the hopes to have a weekend of fun and celebration that lasted more than just one night. COVID-19 has taken a lot of opportunities away from all of us to spend quality time with our families and friends. Our wedding weekend is our attempt to reconnect and relax on a vacation with the people who love and support us the most. However, we want to be respectful to our loved ones who simply cannot attend the cruise. We still would love for you to join us to celebrate by attending the ceremony.
The cruise will be leaving from Miami on 2/2/23 at 12 pm and returning on 2/6/22 at 7 AM. There will be two stops on the cruise. The first will be in Key West, and the second will be in the Bahamas.
