For all of our out-of-town guests, this venue is in the Columbia Gorge of Oregon, about an hour and a half drive from Portland International Airport. We advise you all to arrive a full day ahead of the event to save you the hassle of rushing, and to be able to fully settle in before the big day. We recommend renting a car for the weekend to be able to get around. There are car rental companies at the airport.
The venue is also in a very scenic area (very close to Multnomah Falls), and a car would allow you to explore and soak in the beauty of the Columbia Gorge!
We will have shuttles from The Hood River Hotel & The Best Western that will begin taking guests at 2:30 pm and 3:00 pm sharp on Friday. The shuttles will also start picking people up at 8:45 pm and 9:30 pm at the end of the evening.
The venue also has parking spaces if you are coming from further away. With this, to ensure everyone's safety, please ensure you have a solidified designated driver. Thank you!
