Claremont Club & Spa - A Fairmont Hotel

This is where we'll be having our reception. It is centrally located and only 20 minutes from San Francisco, an hour from the wine country, and 20 minutes from Lafayette (where we live). If you plan on spending a couple of extra days in the Bay Area, this is the perfect spot!

Lafayette Park Hotel & Spa

While we are not having any events at this hotel, it is in downtown Lafayette and we only live 10 minutes away. It is also only 20 minutes to Berkeley where we will be hosting our event.

Residence Inn by Marriott Walnut Creek

Great new hotel in downtown Walnut Creek. Close to BART (local train system) and shopping/restaurants. There are many other affordable options in Walnut Creek to chose from.

Shuttle

Shuttle from the Claremont Hotel to the Reception (Botanical Gardens) & Back

There is very limited parking at the Botanical Gardens! We have rented a shuttle bus that will take guests from the Claremont Hotel up to the venue. Please park at the Claremont Hotel (this is where we are hosting our reception), and be ready to board the bus by 10:45am. The shuttle bus will be parked close to the main entry of the hotel. If you miss the shuttle bus, you will NOT be able to park at the ceremony Venue!

Flight

San Francisco International Airport

This is the best airport to fly into. About an hour to an hour and a half away from Berkeley and Lafayette (depending on traffic).

Oakland International Airport

Although this airport is closer to Berkeley and Lafayette, it doesn't always have as many flight options as SFO, and the airline tickets can be a bit more expensive. But definitely worth checking into!

Train

BART

If you fly into SFO, you can take the local train (BART), and it will get you to Berkeley, Lafayette, Walnut Creek, and more. Great way to avoid the Bay Area traffic!
