Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 10:30am to the Claremont Hotel and be ready to board the shuttle bus by 10:45am. Please note, there is very limited parking at the ceremony venue - if you miss the shuttle bus, you will not be able to park at the venue.

Is there parking at the reception venue?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking at the Claremont Hotel. Please arrive to the hotel no later than 10:30am and be ready to hop on the shuttle bus at 10:45am. Your car will stay in the parking lot and the shuttle bus will bring everyone back to the hotel, where we will enjoy our reception brunch.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be held outdoors at the Botanical Gardens Redwood Grove amphitheater. While the wedding is in July, the tall redwood trees will prove plenty of shade. The wedding reception will be indoors at the Claremont Hotel. Once you enter the main entry, follow teh signs to the restaurant the back of the hotel.
