If you're looking for traditional Spanish food, this is the one! We recommend booking in advance. Grab a pre-dinner "vermut" or "fino" (traditional spanish aperitifs) at Bar Primeria up the road, and then order the tortilla (expect a runny middle!) or the rabo de toro.
One of our favorites, be that for some avo toast overlooking the sea after a morning run or fun sunset cocktails.
Very special Marbella restaurant. It is right on the beachfront and feels like you are sailing on the sea - try to ask for a table by the windows and book in advance. Their fish in salt is very special (lubina is our favorite), but make sure to order lots of starters to share: ensalada de tomate y atun, ensaladilla rusa con gambas, conchas finas, huevos con gambas cristal or gambas rojas de Garrucha.
If you're looking for something special, book a late dinner in the Grill. We recommend the Beef Wellington and then order the off-menu Grand Marnier souffle for desert (trust us!). After dinner drinks in Rudy's bar if you're in the mood for dancing.
We went here the first time Nathan came to Marbella - Dani Garcia is arguably Malaga's most famous chef, and his Lobito de Mar restaurant is seafood heaven. Order the cantabrian anchovies, gambas blancas from Malaga, Tartar de O'Toro or the Langostinos de Sanlucar; make sure to save room for the happy hippo ice cream (iykyk).
Fun beach bar, especially for sunset mojitos - great live music too.
Delicious churros in the old town! Go for a lazy breakast and make sure to order the hot chocolate for delicious dipping.
